It could be really great if in the config, we could be able to make a difference between "launch" and "serve". For the moment, both are the same, merged under "launch". But for example, when I restart webpack, i don't want to reopen automatically webpakc monitor page on a new tab. I already have one.
Of course, it needs to decide which one is most important. If launch is true, does it mean that serve is obviously true OR if serve is false does it mean that we don't care about the value of launch because it should be obviously false ?
