Use output.cssFilename as default filename

Use output.cssFilename as default filename, I know cssFilename is used for experiments.css, but it would be great if it can also used for this plugin

Feature Use Case

  output: {
    cssFilename: "[name]-[contenthash].css",
  },
  plugins: [new MiniCssExtractPlugin()]
}
