@mblaschke - I have installed helm chart and I dont see it returns resolved status, also incident summary, resolution time are missing. Any changes impacting this?

you can specify the states of exported incidents with env var PAGERDUTY_INCIDENT_STATUS

how can we add duration metric to it ? currently by default duration metrics are not enabled.

I'm running followign command

docker run --rm -ti -p 8080:8080 webdevops/pagerduty-exporter:latest --pagerduty.authtoken=*****  --scrape.time.summary=15m --pagerduty.summary.since=730h
