html/browsers/browsing-the-web/unloading-documents/004.html seems to assume that calling document.open fires beforeunload events on various documents, fires pagehide and unload events on the document open() is called on, and so forth. Maybe this matched the spec at some point, but it sure doesn't now...

It seems this would require solving whatwg/html#4611 if we don't want to completely remove the test meanwhile. If you think removing the test is the way to go, I'd be happy to do that.
