I am using Dell U4025QW monitor. I have TB and HDMI sources. How do I select a source for the PIP window?

If the Dell display can control hardware PIP via DDC, you can configure BetterDisplay to do so. This will however not make the hardware PIP's image somehow be transported into a movable macOS desktop Picture in Picture window which is a different feature and is meant to mirror the screen of macOS managed displays.

This thread has a screenshot on how an other user with probably a similar display configured a custom DDC command for it:

I am not sure what is the command to control the DDC source though. I recommend reaching out to that user as he might have figured this out.
