Will need some investigation on:

what metrics we can get from Linode as part of our subscription
free tiers for datadog / other solutions
open source libraries like grafana
creating an ELK stack cluster

Metrics I would want to see w/ alarms:

Error metrics and stacktraces, status codes
Basic performance metrics from server/clients

Probably doesn't belong in this repo
