Shortcut Change Not Taking Effect

Describe the bug

When I went in to change the shortcut for the "A.I. Search Command" feature from "CTL+`" to "SHIFT+TAB" and hit save, the default shortcut is still active (even after closing/re-opening).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Warp
2. Click ellipsis, click settings, and click keyboard shortcuts
3. Click A.I. Command Search, enter new shortcut "SHIFT+TAB", and click save
4. Attempt to use new shortcut in same session or close out and reopen Warp, to see that the new shortcut doesn't work but default one still does

Expected behaviour

* I expect to see that the previous shortcut was overridden with new one after clicking save
* I expect the new shortcut to take effect within same session or at least after closing & reopening Warp

My guess is because of this issue:
