Warp appends ~ to commands run after CTRL-C with a Block selected #792

I don't know if this bug have been seen before, but sometimes the shell inserts a ~ after I select a block then input the Ctlr+C command.

Steps to reproduce:

- click on a block to select it
- press control + C
- write anything then press enter

Expected behavior :
The command I typed is inputed

Actual behavior: A ~ is added at the end of the line and sometimes a letter is trimmed for the beginning of the command

Here's the output of the command "test" after doing the steps mettionned before:
