Describe the bug

Hovering over the tab text that is cut off doesn't show the full text.

To Reproduce

  1. Ensure tab name is cut off
  2. Try to hover mouse over tab name

Notice it doesn't show the full tab name.

Expected behaviour

It is expected that hovering over text that is cut off will show all the text in a tiny view under the cursor.
