I made a tag a-&-b, and will each addition tag I add, it seems the API or extension does an extra level of web-escaping. a-&-b, then a-&-b, then a-&-b are successively added on their own, as I add other tags -- each API update round-trip.

I'm using the current version, 1.16.0.
