an option to show some feedback when article added with shortcut

it is not bad if you save a page with shortcut wallabagger send you a feedback that url saved.
it can be an option in preference can active or deactivate.

As of today there's a feedback through the color of the add-on logo: orange is for saving in progress, green is for saved and red is for error occured. Do you find it enough?

I don't test that but maybe.
If I hide all extension and use shortcut (usual workflow) is not bad if show a simple window on right top side like pocket.
