Blank video

i got a problem, after setup my own turn server and deploy to my web host with SSL off course, i used two device to go same room, the video got blank. same goes also with https://demos.workerman.net:9988/. when i used two PC to open same room number, it goes blank. do i need 2 PC with different network ip public, or it could 2 different pc but same ip public ?

also one more thing, when open https://demos.workerman.net:9988/ browser show some gear and cogs icon. but when i try in my own server it did not show this up.

PHP version:7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.3

is there anything i should work with, i also already change the setup of iceServer on room.php as well.
