Angled box decoration in homepage hero causes horizontal scrolling when positioned partially out of viewport

When the viewport is narrow enough that the angled box decoration is positioned partially off-screen to the right, the page will scroll horizontally to the right, stopping at the point where it's fully visible.

This appears to be an issue up to viewports of width 1212px.

Hi @Scotchester,

I’ve submitted PR #73 to address this issue.
The fix prevents the angled decoration from causing horizontal scrolling on smaller viewports.
