Documentation on bin and BIN Parmay Matrix files #79

Parmay Matrix files can come in bin or BIN file formats, both files structure is exactly the same and the information is identical. I am already asking the manufacturer about when does Matrix generate .bin and when .BIN, and if there is any other difference we should consider.
