Assess usage of the word “clearly” throughout the specification

In our subgroup we've removed “clearly” from a requirement due to testability concerns. The word is used throughout the spec, most notably in the “Clear language” guideline, and we think it would be worth checking case by case if leaving out the word “clear” (or “clearly”) would improve specific requirements.
