Two examples, interactive-fractal and triangle-util, are crashing when trying to acquire a new swapchain image:

thread 'main' panicked at /home/rua/code/vulkano/vulkano-util/src/renderer.rs:286:27:
failed to acquire next image: an operation has not completed in the specified time
