The styling is all messed up and the devtools doesn't function properly:

And loading page is stuck on this forever:

Also Vue Extension doesn't work.

Including node_modules\vite-plugin-vue-devtools\src\overlay\devtools-overlay.css fixed this issue for me, everything seems to be working now but it sure took some trial and error (I'm using https://crxjs.dev/vite-plugin)
