[Feature]: Styles search bar on the networks -> styles tab

As mentioned in discord- https://discord.com/channels/1101998836328697867/1235749340929196102
It would improve styles workflow considerably if:

the network -> styles tab had a copy of the styles search bar that is currently under the generate button (so that it isn't covered up.)

This would allow adding and removing styles and generate/queue new imagegens without closing and re-opening the networks -> styles tab.
