Excel files that result from query tool reports cannot be opened if the template has been saved with Office M365

Describe the bug
Query Tool templates that are created using the Office Version of M365 produce an error message when I try to open them

To Reproduce
When I save an Excel template with Excel M365 and run the respective report in the query tool, an xlsx file is created as output. So far, so good. But then I cannot open the generated xlsx file ("file is corrupt and cannot be opened").
When I run the same report with an identical Excel template that has been saved with the old Excel version, all works fine. This occurs since my recent upgrace no M365, before there were no such issues

Expected behavior
The generated file that results from the report should be opened using the M365 Excel Version

Due to data protection reasons, I cant upload the corrupt file here because it contains internal information from our institute.

This seems to be outdated. Could this be the reason, that docx4j at that time simply didn't know how to handle M365?
