Response times will be slower

This is just an informational announcement to our user community that our response times to user inquiries are likely to be slower (like 1-2 days) than usual due to resource constraints. At present, we do not know how long this period of slower response will last but we'll try to update our status periodically to keep our community informed. We thank you for your patience.

Our response times will likely continue to be slower through the end of the year. But, the good news is that we are in process of expanding our available resources and should be improving response time early in the new year.
