Move pluginable version to to update tab

Currently, the version number of hestiacp-pluginable appears under the plugin detail drop down; requiring the user to have to visit the Configure section, followed by scrolling down to the Plugins detail and expand it, I.e.:

https://cpanel.example.com:8083/edit/server/

We should move this to the updates tab, where Hestia packages are located, i.e.:

https://cpanel.example.com:8083/list/updates/
