the pipeline gets this error on the creation of the ECSAutoScalingGroup located in 001-ecs-cluster-creation.yaml

error: Received 0 SUCCESS signal(s) out of 1. Unable to satisfy 100% MinSuccessfulInstancesPercent requirement
