plugin issue on load

I just downloaded the application and when I go to load it I get this error

Everything in the Engine/Plugins folder is failing to load. I did notice that the program is looking for a '.' in front of each file that is "missing" but the files are there they just don't have the '.' in front of them. Ideas?

Vinamy will need more details ie linux/windows and version. Would be a good start.
