Studio freezes during loading

• I have read the preliminary instructions, and I am certain that my problem has not already been addressed.

What problem did you encounter?

Running Roblox Studio creates this small black window during loading and continues loading perpetually. This bug only appeared recently, despite me not having edited the config file.
