URL checker fail on links to big files

It's due to the curl_multi_exec() function.

It crash with an error:

Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 67112960 bytes)

But I wasn't able to reproduce this locally. Maybe it's due to a config difference.

My test on club1 server:
