it looks like the Clion problem, when install the new version theme, after alt+f2 and press r to restart gnome shell, the Clion become not full screen

after I reboot the system, reopen the Clion, make it full screen, the problem gone

oh I found another case about this problem:

when a window is not full screen, for example:

there will be a little white dot
