I am attaching the svg icon that I have made using your template. I don't know how to PR.

Create a fork of the project on your account and then from the GitHub repository of the fork, upload the icon in the src/apps/scalable directory and commit changes. After that you should be able to see a dialog in your fork repository that it is x commits ahead of the original repository. There should be a create pull request button along this dialog.
