Fold both headings and list items

let g:vimwiki_folding = 'list:quick' folds list items (e.g. - foo or - [ ] bar) and let g:vimwiki_folding = 'expr:quick' folds Markdown headings (e.g. ## Baz), is there any way to fold both?

This was discussed a long time ago in another issue (#117), but it seems no solution was found.

Right now, this is a global setting (see issue #894), so it isn't even possible to choose list for one wiki and expr for another one, let alone choose one method for a particular file and another method for other files.

E.g. in this screenshot I would like to fold "Cake" and "To do":

Short: Feature request

1. Fold List AND Heading
2. Make fold method wikilocal

Thank you for the issue. In fact I do not know how it is possible, it may be not. But this would be a nice feature, without so much work.
Besides I agree that this must be a wiki or syntax local variable (very short to change).
