@omaru-ok I'd be happy to accept any PR or let someone from the community manage a scoop.sh package. Unless it's a one-liner that I could add or a simple GitHub workflow, I'm not too keen on maintaining it.

I thought it might be. Thanks!! It's convenient to just get the binaries on Truenas/Freenas where it's not straight forward to install packages. (Need either a totally different build server or a freebsd jail). Needless to say a utility like godu is really useful on a file storage solution.

I opened an issue on the the scoop extras repo to add a manifest for it. It should auto update, provided the release download names stay consistent but I'd be happy to fix it in case it breaks
(not actively necessarily, but if i or someone else notices it and mentions me)
