Introduce Makefile to the project

Explore the possibility of introducing Makefile.

It would be nice to unify the way how release.sh and testCover.sh are used.

Feel free to borrow one of my Makefile's from one of my projects; if you poke around you'll see I've evolved my "project structures" over the years to a point where they're pretty much stable with a Dockerfile (in most cases), a Makefile and targets for build, test and release management.
