I recently noticed that when browsing through docs using a ultrawide monitor, the navigation feels kinda laggy, I supposed it was because of the contents it should render at the same time were stressing my PC like what happens in Pinterest but the docs website doesn't have any actual processing-intensive tasks to drain this much of feedback from the browser.
After some investigation I noticed the lag goes away when the background dot pattern is removed, probably a issue with the SVG thing chromium-based browsers uses, I tried to replicate in other websites that gives this very same problem and all of them had large svgs as background images.
