I convinced myself ventoy was secure but i tried to open ts and windows smartdefender popped up 🙏 @ventoy

As long as you downloaded it from this github page or this site https://www.ventoy.net/en/download.html, ventoy and it's accompanying programs are safe.
This stackoverflow answer explains why defender smartscreen might show up in certain context https://stackoverflow.com/a/66582477, the even more tl;dr is that ventoy hasn't bought a license to prove that they have the money to not need to make malware and/or the version of ventoy you downloaded wasn't run enough times (by other computers) to be considered trusted.
