improve docs on installation for wasm environment #3923

What is your suggestion?
As was discussed #3915, it is currently insufficiently clear how to install (different) Altair versions in a WASM-alike environment through pyscript/pyodide or micropip. We should add a section in our installation instructions on this like here: https://altair-viz.github.io/getting_started/installation.html
Have you considered any alternative solutions?
