I would like to be able to wait a bit more for specific tests (like end-to-end) and wait for them to success before re-running

Xmin before the changes gets picked up
- gather changes and run only the gathered one (tests or package)
Wait for completion before re-running it

And in a ideal world, I want to have ram detect those — opiniated as "build tag e2e" 👼 but configurable.
