Describe the bug
Existing form fields and any new ones added within the HTML are rendered in reverse order in the dashboard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new site with vapid new project
  2. Start the web server with vapid start project
  3. Access the dashboard
  4. See fields rendered in reverse order

Expected behavior
As per the docs:

By default, the dashboard renders fields in the order they appear in the HTML.

Your Environment
Include relevant details, so others can replicate the issue.

  • OS: OS X Mojave
  • Browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  • Node Version: 10.16.0
  • Vapid Version: 0.8.5

Additional context
Specifying priority for each field produces the expected behaviour and can be used as a work around.
