I added this plugin to my CS:S server so my VAC banned friend could join but he couldnt. I made sure his SteamID was in novac_users.txt and that sm_novac_mode was set to 0. Any help would be appreciated and thank you for making this plugin in the first place!

I don't know if this is related but my server is running revEmu so cracked and steam v92 clients can join my server.

Here's my novac_users.txt (ID substituted for obvious reasons)
