Settings could not be Imported - Option Tree 2.7.3

Hi,
I recently purchased a wordpress theme and installed it but when I try to import the settings with option Tree, i get an error "Settings could not be Imported"
I contacted the developer but no response.
How to fix this?
The version I see is 2.7.3
