Thank you so much for this control! It is extremely helpful. Why WPF does not include an autocomplete combo box is beyond me.
Is it possible to set the Background and BorderBrush? I have tried:
BorderThickness works. I set that to see changes to the border color more easily.
Background and BorderBrush do not have any effect.
I know that wrapping the control in a
<border>
element is an option but I would prefer to avoid that if possible as I would need to apply the same to all other controls in the form for continuity and would prefer not to have<border>
