this log is too large all the pkgs have long log of re-emerges showing all the time

the the estimated time is always wrong .

how i clean this and make the time to merge works ok ?

You might want to try
logclean --keep=0 --times=1 emerge
(after emerging logclean), but be sure to make a backup of emerge.log first: It cleans up almost all of emerge.log except for the last emerge of every installed package. Of course, as usual: Use at your own risk...
