I may have run into a bug, but i'm not sure

I'm using vscode-lldb on Neovim since there is a DAP client in Neovim called nvim-dap,
recently I found a bug, that if an extension for nvim-dap called nvim-dap-ui is enabled,
codelldb will report errors in DAP REPL every time after a step into/over.

Console is in 'commands' mode, prefix expressions with '?'.

I reported this bug as a issue to nvim-dap-ui, but its maintainer said it was not a bug of nvim-dap-ui, it was caused by codelldb.

This is an adapter issue, it's only uncovered because nvim-dap-ui is making extra requests.

Nothing to worry about, it's just a warning in the debug output. Adapter's stderr stream should not be shown to the user.
