Debugger said index out of range (C++ string)

OS: MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2
VSCode version: 1.59.1
Extension version: 1.6.5
Compiler: g++-11 (homebrew), language: C++
Build target: ARM Mac

As you can see in the screen shot, the watch said that index '0' is out of range while the string's length is 3. Can anyone help me with this issue. Also why is there a second yellow symbol on the current line (the 9th line), is it normal.

The second arrow shows source column corresponding to the current stop address.
As for the indexing error, I am not completely sure, but it could be because on MacOS LLDB expects to encounter clang's libc++ not g++'s libstdc++ ?
