'Source' in .spec file should be full URL

If the .spec contains

Source0: http://www.carfab.com/apachesoftware//commons/jexl/source/commons-jexl-%{version}-src.tar.gz

instead of

Source0: commons-jexl-%{version}-src.tar.gz

then buildservice can validate the tarball automatically.

Thanks for opening this issue, it was my intention to do that anyway.

tetra init should accept a URL instead of a file, save the information in the git comment and retrieve it later at spec generation.
