in System Requirements already all requirements are checked. why process installation is stack not running.

why process installation is stack in Issue can be resolved by simply enabling your .env file read/write permission refresh the browser and try again.

Please try once with Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
We will check if 24.04 if there is such kind of issue.
