How can I make UVDesk docker container persistent using docker compose?

I have my UVDesk container but I wasn't able to make it a persistent volume with all the UVDesk data. I used the wiki but gave me an error.

I'm using UVDesk for a large scale of people +30 and I don't want to loose any data after an update.
