New release to support GCC 15?

#7976 fixed compilation with GCC 15 by including a newer version of onig.

Could we get a release soon that includes that, as otherwise, building uutils/coreutils fails.

Seconding this - I'm waiting for #7992 to be available in a release so I can get nushell to use coreutils 0.1.x again (they reverted in nushell/nushell#15932)

i have been working on finish the localization of rust coreutils. Once it is done, I will make a new release
