Clicking on a hashtag (#) link in dropdown or off canvas should close nav.

The nav stays open when something is selected and covers up the destination. The dropdown nav just covers it up while the off canvas nav does the same but scrolls back to the original location as when the nav was opened.

While in the Tech Fair site's e-Flyers section navigate to any of the table topics. Don't select Web Services because it's an actual web page.
