Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm frustrated that there is no emergency contact or next of kin listed for a person on my tenfour account

Describe the solution you'd like
As a user I want to be able to add an ‘emergency contact’ number or ‘next of kin’ number in the event that a person does not reply to a check-in this emergency contact will be contacted.
