Every time a feature goes live an intercom message template and email should be included as part of the dependancy for a feature to pass QA and get merged.

Using the information created in (ticket #1567) the 'Check-ins' section, create a page/section that describes how recurring check-ins works/step-by-step, create an intercom message template and an email communication encouraging users to investigate the feature.

A developer/QA/PM team member should sign-off on the message content to ensure that in the information is accurate.
