Config Survey URL doesn't work properly

I'm using a 3.7 installation and I'm having trouble with the Config Survey menu option, it goes to a blank screen.
When I click in the option (as admin):

The URL changes to https://tonarede.map.as/settings/surveys/2, and a blank screen with an error in console occurs:

It seems like a language problem, but it's happening when I change the default language to english to:

When I change the URL to https://tonarede.map.as/settings/surveys/edit/2 it works fine:

There is any idea in how to fix this bug? It's an important and evident link, the config survey option menu, and It would be nice to have it working.
