Increase list indentation with TAB

Problem or Use Case

A hierarchical list (no matter if numbered, bullets or tasks) is much easier to create, when the TAB key pulls the markup code for the list with it.

At the moment, TAB just moves away from the markup code.

Proposed Solution

Current behavior (cursor position v after pressing tab key:

- item 1
-    v

Proposed behavior, when pressing tab:

- item 1
   - v

Same for numbered and task lists.

Shift+Tab should reverse the indentation by one level and "pushing" the markup code to the left.
Current behavior (cursor position v after pressing shift+tab key:

- item 1
   -    v

Proposed behavior, when pressing shift+tab:

- item 1
- v

Alternatives Considered

At the moment, you need to press Home, Tab, End to achieve the same or get the hands off the keyboard and on your mouse.
